On Tuesday, Jeff and the kids were at Chick Fil-A and they learned about how today, July 10 was Cow Appreciation Day. The best part of this special day is if you dressed up as a cow and went to Chick Fil-A, you could get a free meal. They continued to talk about it throughout the rest of the week, but I didn't think that anything would become of it. By 6:30 this evening, the kids began working on their costumes. They were cutting out construction paper and making "Eat Mor Chicken" signs. In celebration of it being Kathryn's first outing with the family we dressed her up like a cow too :) and we decided this event was blog post worthy!
