Kiwi Crate Day

For Christmas, I gave Kathryn a monthly subscription to Kiwi Crate.

This was the first kit that was sent to us. It was full of many cute penguin activities and other activities to learn about Antarctica.

I was looking for something that Kathryn and I could do together since she isn't attending preschool this year. I love this program because it has all sorts of academic activities that are all age appropriate.

We first filled up the penguin ice molds to have them freezing while we worked on the other activities.

We then used oil pastels and water colors to make "Southern Lights" postcards. We both spent like an hour working on these. It was so much fun! I want to now go to Antarctica to see these!

Next, we decorated a cardboard penguin family.

Finally, we went upstairs and invited Kathryn's cousins Kamryn and Kya to play Penguin Bowling!

  2. You need to get Kylie a subscription to Birch Box! She would love it!
