Melynne's Wedding

My sweet, wonderful niece was married yesterday in the Salt Lake Temple. It was such a beautiful day for a wedding. We had a great time at the temple grounds while the bride and groom were getting their pictures taken. The wedding was early yesterday morning, and so we decided to spend the day in Salt Lake! (The reception wasn't until 7pm).

We had a great time at the Clark Planetarium! Kiley had a great time looking through the telescope and the other kids (Cousin Halle joined us for the day!) had fun giving the weather forecast.

Next, we surprised the kids by taking them to East High School where all the High School Musicals were filmed. They were disappointed that Sharpay and Gabrielle weren't there to sign autographs, but they were excited to peek through the windows.

The reception was beautiful and so I am disappointed that we forgot our camera to show the amazing yard that hosted the reception. The swimming pool had fountains and the garden was like the Secret Garden. Also, Jeff and I had a great time serving Snow Cones at the Reception! It was great! Needless to say, we were wiped out when we arrived back at Kris's house last night!
