I loved how we started the new year with lots of smiles. Kathryn has decided that she is one of the big kids and wants to play air hockey. She about has the game figured out!
Jeff downloaded a game for the kids on the computer that encourages them to be engineers! They get to build roller coasters for an amusement park. Jeff enjoys the game as much as they do and plays every night after the kids go to bed:).
Today Kathryn finally decided that it is ok to smile for the camera. It has only taken eighteen months to get to this point. But just like with everything, it has to be her idea :)
Yesterday Kiley and Jeff surprised me and painted the walls and ceiling in the front room.
Today, they put in a beautiful wood floor. I love how Kiley likes to help Jeff with projects around the house. She loves to build and use a hammer.
Kathryn watched for a little bit and then figured out what she could do to help.
I love being married to a man that can do anything!
From cooking to building, he is amazing!
