The French Riviera- Biot

So sad that we weren't able to visit Mougins because it seems to be that it is a village easier to see when you have a car. We did find out that we could get to the Biot train station from a bus in Valbonne and so we started heading there, but decided to get off in the town centre first before heading to the train station. We'd hate to miss out on a good bakery and some gelato :)

Not many people there today in the afternoon and so we had fun walking around with no crowds.
Some of the cute little shops were still open. In France, you never know when a store is going to be open. It seems most people work to live, but not live to work. Every store we have seen (even the large chain grocery stores) have odd and random hours.
Bakery: Check!

After consulting this colorful map, we found a few places to visit.

Scott was thinking that it might be easier to roll down the hill :)

Water and shade break!

Gelato - Check!
Jeff and Kathryn (and sometimes me!) are the bravest when trying different flavors. They try something new almost every time. Andrew usually just orders the chocolate flavor and Scott and Kiley typically only get chocolate chip or mint chocolate chip.

We barely missed our bus and so we had to wait for 20-30 minutes for the next one. Kathryn and Jeff had fun trying to catch new bugs.
Next stop: Cannes
