In our early days of arriving in Brittany, we went on a long walk through the mud in a forest-like area to the village of Léhon. It is very close to Dinan and it's charm does not disappoint.
Grandma wanted to do a little excursion today and so we decided to drive to Léhon, rather than walk like we did last time. It was the perfect day to do so because the sun was out and it made the experience even more delightful.
Léhon is known as a Petite Cité de Caractère and it did hold up to its name!
We started by visiting the cathedral.
Grandma especially loved the Easter Lilies.
Next, we walked through the village. I love the stone houses!
The River Rance flows through Léhon also and the bridge is very similar to the one at the Port de Dinan.
Finally, we stopped and explored the city walls and chateau.
The view from the top was spectacular!
As you can see, our family loves to explore the city walls!
I love the quaint village of Léhon!
