We decided to try to do some fun touristy activities on a few of the days we were in Hawaii.
Waimea Falls wasn't too far from where we were staying and so we went to visit the park there and hiked to the falls.
We didn't bring our swimsuits or we would have been able to swim at the base of the falls. Next time!
We found a few snails on our hike. We brought our friend's 3 year-old son, Snuka King and he didn't know what to think of that snail.
Kathryn decided she liked having her picture taken that day. So at almost every corner she would stop and pose and say, "CHEESE!"
There were so many beautiful flowers everywhere!
Kya's turn to say "CHEESE!"
I figured that Jeff had been with us there he would have stopped and taken a picture of this flower. So this is just for him:
On a Saturday, we headed to Honolulu to go to the Swap Meet at the Aloha Stadium to get some souvenirs to take back for the kids.
Kris wheeling and dealing with the store owner. She is definitely my dad's daughter!
The girls were excited to get some ukuleles and immediately began to try to play them.
We found too many fun things!
We bought too much and so we had to purchase this small suitcase to get everything home.
